Went to the factory in sg chua to have the actual feel. All the luggage sold in Samel is very good quality. Meet the boss n he explained the type of qualities and a very friendly and humble uncle. Highly recommended if u wish to buy luggage for your holiday. 👍👍👍

I bought the 28” luggage during my first purchase, and everything about it was amazing – the price, quality, color, and capacity were all perfect. This led me to place a second order for the 20” version.

There was a slight hiccup with my second order as they sent the wrong item. However, what truly impressed me was their customer service! They responded to my issue promptly and, to my surprise, personally came to exchange it for the correct order the very same evening.

Highly recommended for both their products and outstanding service!

Best customer service ever! One of my luggage wheels got lost due to bad handling by the airline and a luggage repair shop quoted RM60 for a replacement. So I reached out to the seller for wheel replacement service and was so glad to know that it is still covered under their warranty period. The seller immediately offered to send a new wheel without any further question while I only have to pay for the postage. My luggage is back in action and ready to see the world again! :) Their warranty is real peeps!! TQ for your top notch service and warranty fulfillment. Keep it up!

We went straight there without an appointment. Boon was attentive and welcoming. Love the front opening and save space for a smaller hotel room. If the handle , wheels, or pull out handle is broken, i like it, they do sell the spare part to fix it by ourself or they an do it for us.

Found the luggage on Tiktok. Wanted to buy it online but was going to travel in 2 days. Luckily, they have a physical store (/warehouse) in Kajang, so we went there instead. Customer service was very good. They let us take our time selecting the suitacases and answered all our questions. We ended up buying the full set (big/medium/small) of the 433 suitcase with 100 years warranty. Price and quality were excellent.

Waited to post this until after our trip and can happily say that they held up really well! We bought the suitcases that opened at the top (not middle) so it was really convenient to use in small hotel rooms. The wheels were very smooth. No issue zipping the bag even when very full. Excellent cost-performance!

Already planning to buy another set. Hopefully they come out with more colours.

We bought this set of luggages since 2022 and have been using it until today. Great quality overall, smooth rolling and very worth the price with long duration of warranty. We are frequent travellers and love every aspect of it. Definitely recommend it.

Bought my 2nd piece here after some times, previously own a 24” model 363, really saves alot power when travel as their luggage got super smooth wheel, especially for travellers who like to walk alot
starting to dispose all other brand luggage i got as their wheel get stucked, really got me annoyed when travel, first think of Samel brand here when i think to get a new 1, will continue support in the future 🤝

I purchased a 20 & 24" luggage bags. The quality of the bags is good, and the price s reasonable. Comes with 2 years warranty on handle & wheels & 100 years warranty on luggage shell. Very good customer service. Highly recommended seller!

The manager was very nice. I didn't have time to go to the office to pick it up and urgently needed a luggage, so I contact him with WhatsApp. I transferred money to him online and called lalamove. Very efficient! It was done in less than 2 minutes, and the manager also sent a receipt. Trust this brand's suitcase! I will come to buy it again in the future 😆
